Introduction
Madmary’s Cleaning Services are specialists in ‘New-Build’ cleans for new homes within the UK Construction Industry.
Ranging from Initial (after plaster) window cleans, holding Cleans, and ongoing show home cleans to Final (key hand-over) clean – our ‘new-build’ four-stage cleaning system is a tried and tested cleaning method acceptable to most developers.
1 Initial Window Clean
Our work begins when the plastering of the interior walls is complete. Plaster splashes and stickers are removed. The glass and the framework are then thoroughly cleaned inside and out, including all exterior doors.
2 Full ‘Build’ Clean
Once most of the interior fixtures and fittings are installed within the property, this comprehensive clean deals with dust, mud and paint splashes on all surfaces. Floor and wall tiles, kitchen units, appliances, baths and shower areas and all fittings are cleaned at this time.
3 Re-Clean
Usually carried out after the carpets have been fitted and most of the ‘trades’ have completed their work, this clean brings the property up to the highest standards expected from potential buyers and other visitors.
4 Final ‘Sparkle’ Clean
Immediately prior to the new owners taking possession, this is a real ‘Hoover and polish’ job! We recommend this clean the day before, or on the morning of the day the keys are handed over (usually midday)
The above described cleaning system is our recommended work practice for maximum efficiency and cost effectiveness. It forms a major part of any contractual consideration on our part, however, it is still only a recommended guide. We will consider, and can adapt to, any individual requirements.
